Gildale Apple Blend Pellets are a perfect blend of apple wood with an oak and maple base. We source the apple wood from local apple orchards when they remove mature trees out of production.
Gildale Hickory Blend Pellets are made by chipping virgin hickory logs blended with an oak and maple base to provide a bold and rich flavour without being overpowering.
